Permissions
To obtain copyright permission for use of material from one of the Institute's books, materials, or tests, the following information must be submitted in writing via mail, e-mail, or fax.
- Product Title(s)
- Author Name(s)
- Page Numbers
- The number of copies that will be made
- How the copies will be used (course packet, research purposes, etc.)
- Whether or not you will charge a fee for copies
